    Very Smart group of managers, well compensated and driven to perform. Finance guys keep a tight reign on costs.


    High pressure environment, but enough freedom to work hard and produce.

    I applied online. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at Motorcar Parts in February 2012.

    Interview Details

    No complaints there.....Monica from HR is extremely professional and a very nice person. Monica called me and we set up an appointment to meet. When we did, I was interviewed by the Dept Manager and the A/P Supervisor.

    No, I was initially offered $15 hr then was told after been hired that the starting rate would be $16.
