    Pros

Coworkers were amazing! Everyone was willing to go the extra mile to help each other and the patient's out. Management was always willing to come out and give a helping hand, they really listened to any concerns you had. MSHA was always looking to improve the patient experience and valued nurses imput

    Cons

Frequently short staffed, which could make the job very very stressful. Had issues with Doctors and residents not being responsive enough or being rude.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the hard work!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Mountain States Health (Johnson City, TN) in April 2015.

    Interview

The process was enjoyable. I really like the interviewers, the director of finance at Johnson City Medical Center and the Vice President of finance. I really connected with them and their questions seemed directly about the position, not just general interview questions. The instructional video is a drag and just repeats itself but it was informational...at first.
