    Pros

Some Co-workers were nice to work with. Flexible hours. Free movie rentals.

    Cons

Some co-workers were a pain to work with. For meal breaks you were supposed to clock out and leave the store. However, if you were the only one operating the store, then you were not allowed to take breaks to do so. Thus, sometimes I worked 9-13 hours without a break of any kind.

    Advice to Management

You have no idea of how to run a company.
