I worked at Moxa Inc. full-timePros
The company tries extremely hard at building a world-class business. It has shifted global resources to specific business areas that it thinks will improve processes and customer retention, and has its hear tin the right place.
Moxa has a very good health and benefit system, a company bonus structure that is for the most part fair. It's tough to get in as the company works hard to hire and retain the right peopleCons
Unfortunately, there is a giant communication and execution gap between the Taiwan office and its regional offices - yes, I know this exists all over but at Moxa this gap becomes a unspoken sore point to employees that don't drink the kool-aid, and obvious to customers that see us scrambling constantly to get our different business groups and cultures lined up to win consistent global business.
I do think there is a glass ceiling at Moxa, if you are not part of the existing power structure it is very difficult to get inside based on your achievements alone.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Yes - listen to the voice of the customer, but also take action on that action. Listen to your people throughout the organization, and do not think that the only voices that matter are those that are in management.RecommendsNeutral Outlook

I applied online. The process took 2+ months – interviewed at Moxa Inc..Interview Details
I went through 5 interviews, starting off with two initial phone interviews finishing with a product presentation to the senior management team. HR and the hiring manager were present throughout, and the process went relatively smoothly without significant gaps in communication. I can't comment that this process matched other interviews, but I believe the general consensus from employees is that my process was common.Interview Questions
