    Pros

Great health benefits at little or no cost to employee, stress-free work environment, generous PTO. MPAA is closed completely from Christmas to New Years in addition to regular PTO, which for a starting employee is 12 days of sick time annually and 13 days of vacation time, which increases by one day each year.

    Cons

Not much room for upward mobility, but you can make some good contacts. Many of the higher-ups have worked at film studios or for federal law enforcement.
