    Pros

    flexible scheduling flexible to work with those who are in school and ability to ask off when needed or picking a shift you want to work

    Cons

    small staff, must wear a uniform and you start to smell like the chain whenever you get off. They do provide a shirt bur you have to wash it everyday and it still doesn't get the smell out
