    People, people, people. Best people on the planet - feels like family.

    Cons

    Most of upper management is new to the company (as of 6/14) so many of them go in different directions seeking the right one.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get on the same page. Understand that your long time employees add VALUE not CONSTRAINTS.
