I have been working at Munich Re full-time

The company really cares about their employees. They aim to make the job fun with events and competitions. The students have a nice rotation program as well.

The environment is a bit dark since many of the windows are taken by offices. It would also be nice to have a little more PTO.

    Advice to Management

It would be nice to make the office a bit more welcoming for employees (more natural light, less grey and white), however people-wise, the environment is great! Overall, the cons are minimal in comparison to the pros.

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Munich Re (Princeton, NJ).

I was interviewed by two people. The interview went really smooth and talked mostly about my resume. It felt like they already chose their candidates from the start of the interview, so I didn't feel too hopeful. At the same time, they were really nice and made it seem like I would definitely get the position. Also, it seems like they prefer hiring males over females. They were barely any women in the building.
