    Pros

The pro with this company is that there was alot of room for growth for a career.

    Cons

Now.... upper management has changed so much that,, it is all about automation, so that there will be alot less people working for this company,,, DOWN SIZE HUGE !! so much knowledge has NOW left the company.. so sad that people are being convinced that programs are better then actual people to do a job... the job is not being done from start to finish anymore.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Municipal Property Assessment Corporation.

    Interview

Had an interview set up through my college during my final semester. I was called for a contract position two weeks after graduation. I was also a summer student employee during the previous summer. The interview was a panel of two managers from different offices. Lasted about an hour, which seemed to be longer than most of my classmates. They asked about 7 or 8 questions.

    Interview Questions

    • Describe a situation where technology helped improve your efficiency and productivity.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

No negotiations. Salaries and hours per week are set by the union and not negotiable.
