You'll get the big firm experience without having to work crazy hours. Partners are cordial and respectful for the most part. You'll also be able to develop and hone your skills as a young attorney.
They may try to bring you in at a low salary. If they do, then the raises are very slow and methodical. Also the firm is very partner heavy without a succession plan (although what firm has partners who try to pass down clients?). Also, the benefits aren't great. Health insurance for your family will be high.

Focus on a succession plan for your partners and the younger attorneys.
