    The ever present music was OK one day, grating the next. It was totally understandable and accepted that most people wore noise canceling headphones.


    The ever present loud music and headphones meant interactions with coworkers was strained or people just kept isolated in their own noise canceling world.

    Advice to Management

    Tone it down, trying too hard to be The Valley. Got bigger problems.
