    The manager I worked for was great. We could talk things out if I disagreed with a direction we were going with projects.


    Lay-offs used to make up for short falls in upper level management decisions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Upper level management needs to better review their ideas instead of allowing the employees to pay the price for their lack of fore-thought.
