    Application

I applied online – interviewed at MyWebGrocer in October 2014.

    Interview

I had applied through a posting on a job board. The recruiter contacted me via email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview lasted approximately 30-45 minutes and the recruiter asked a lot of good questions related to my experience and resume. He also provided good information on the company and the position. I was asked to come in for an in-person interview with the hiring manager and one other person. This interview last approximately 1 hour. The questions asked were very basic interview questions and the interviewers seemed uncomfortable and disorganized throughout the process which did not leave me with a positive experience. There was nothing significant about this in-person interview. The company is continuing to advertise for the opening, however I have not heard anything further from the company which is unprofessional. It's important to let job applicants know one way or another if they are moving forward or not.
