I have been working at Myers Industries full-time (more than 3 years)

The company is continuously growing! Pay and benefits are adequate and there are many perks. Many friendly people.

Hire inexperience before promoting from within. Poor work ethic is ignored. Lack of follow-thru with management. Problems are not addressed.
