I have been working at N3 full-time (Less than a year)

    - Great first job - Learn a lot of general information in regards to IT and IT industry - Learn how to professionally speak with external contacts - Gain confidence as a conversationalist - Learn how to use all mainstream CRM software - Learn tactics within Lead Generation (this is VERY VALUABLE. Learning how to sell is a fantastic skill to have) - For a Lead Generation-based job, the flat salary allows very nice stability - Free lunch Wednesdays - Free bagel/pastry breakfast every first Friday of the month - Free snacks/soda/coffee all days and hours of the week - Very nice/chill peer program to help get you on your feet

    - Sink or Swim; a lot of communication pitfalls - A lot of moving between cubicles (still not necessarily a bad thing) - Some managers can be a bit cold

    Advice to Management

Overall my review should sound very positive. Understandably N3 is going through some growing pains right now which is probably the reason for any con I have to say. While the snacks and food are fantastic perks that you provide, the thing people value the most are days off. Company-wide observed holidays (especially spontaneous) would be super great and appreciated (Like the friday before labor day weekend was AWESOME!). This job can be stressful at times, and it would be great to know that we are valued.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at N3.

They sell the job to you, you do not sell yourself to the job (that's how bad it is there). It will seem like the process is extremely complicated and they pick you vs you picking them, but in reality the entire interview process is the company desperately trying to sell the position to you. The turnoever rate with this employer is probably larger than at a drive-through fast food restaurant. Honestly, you're better off at McDonald's anyway.
