    I have been working at N3 full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    They treat people extremely well. There are a ton of different roles and new projects starting all the time. They are aggressive about promoting from within and are very positive and supportive with their people. I was referred here by a friend who was working here and is happy. I have referred three people since I've been here. The compensation is solid and the culture is great.

    Cons

    Obviously cold calling can get old, which is the nature of the beast.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I would continue to share the vision of growth and announce when new projects start and.or are signed. that way everyone can feel like they are part of the growth of the company. Overall, I am extremely happy here as is everyone on my team.

    I applied through an employee referral – interviewed at N3.

    Interview Details

    They sell the job to you, you do not sell yourself to the job (that's how bad it is there). It will seem like the process is extremely complicated and they pick you vs you picking them, but in reality the entire interview process is the company desperately trying to sell the position to you. The turnoever rate with this employer is probably larger than at a drive-through fast food restaurant. Honestly, you're better off at McDonald's anyway.
