I have been working at NAES full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

A company that cares about its people. All levels are definitely willing to work with you on any issues you may have and as always personnel safety is their top priority

    Cons

There has been a very high turnover for mid-level project management and senior positions since I started working here but it seems to be leveling out now. Could be more proactive in recruiting in house candidates for upper positions and opportunities. Not a lot of training opportunities due to the site specific nature.

    Interview Details

I was first contacted by a very polite recruiter via email to come in for an interview later in the week. I met with her, the hiring manager, and someone I'd be working with closely a few days later. They were all welcoming, making me feel more comfortable and opened up with an ice breaker question, which I thought was a great start. It lasted a little over an hour. The last 20 min, the CFO came in and asked a few questions. I had enough time to ask all my questions. Overall, I was very impressed with the process.
