I have been working at NAS Recruitment Communications full-time (More than 3 years)
I've been with the company a total of 4 years. We have many people with 20-30+ years working at NAS so there is something to be said for that. I know that my clients are always appreciative of our strategic approach and they know that we truly care about them and want their recruitment efforts to succeed. We're not in the business to 'sell' to them, we're partners and build long lasting relationships. As an Account Director, the age of micromanagement has gone and we are now running our own island. I like the independence and trust the company has in me, but I can always count on my coworkers for help if needed.
I see the reviews about downsizing, but these happen with the ebbs and flows of the economy. I think that would be a con in any company, especially in an advertising world when that is the first budget to be cut in a company.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at NAS Recruitment Communications.
I was turned on to the job at NAS by a former colleague and friend for over 10 years. I was laid off and they were looking for a PM. I sent him my resume & was contacted for a phone interview. About 3 days later I had 1 interview in person with the Senior PM at the time and the SVP (now CPO) and goth the call with the offer by the end of that day.
- The NAS interview was more conversational and didn't have much difficulty. Most unexpected and difficult was in an interview with a different company. I was asked "How would you find a needle in a haystack?" 1 Answer
Easy. I gave them a number and they exceeded it by $2000.00
