I have been working at NASA Ames Research Center (Less than a year)

    Pros

You get to work with very smart and driven people from whom you can learn so much.

    Cons

You are working for the US government, so things are bound to bureaucratic from time to time, but there are ways to avoid it.

    Advice to Management

I currently have no quarrels with management, so can't say anything. overall management is great, but like I said, it can get bureaucratic.
