    Pros

    Awesome people to work with. Knowledgeable and experienced in all facets of competition and marketing. NASCAR fans are among the most dedicated in the world.

    Cons

    long hours, short down time. Pay is commensurate to intermediate management, work is expected to mirror senior level management at all times.

    Advice to Management

    Always remember to surround yourself with greatness. Those who do for you are the ones who get you your product expectation

    Face-to-face, simple questions, I already knew the people because I was working here part time for 8 months before. We already had a good relationship so I knew I had a decent chance of getting the position. It was casual yet informational.
