This is basically a reply to the individual who was a former employee at the NCSECU branch on Westchester in High Point. I want to first say that I have been involved with this particuliar Credit Union for such a long time and at no time have I noticed any form of discrimination there. From the front door to the back they have such a diverse group of Professional individuals that has always worked as a team. Even now with the New Manager and trust me I knew the last Manager also and I can tell you it is 100% better now. Please don't misunderstand what I am saying because the last Manager was Great also but with New Managers come New Vision. I have seen multiple new employees of both races begin their career there and is still there. I have found out that the New Manager has really opened doors for her employees to advance as well as ensure they are compensated for their knowledge and skills. For you to say that it is racism there just because you left is unwarranted. Only you know why you left but it is many others still there. You say that others have left because of the New Manager but you didn't state if it was because of promotions or other jobs inside of the Company. Your unhappiness does not constitute Racism and that word shouldn't be thrown around lightly without definite proof. If you were as good as you say you were then you would have stood out among your peers and let your actions speak for themselves. If you left then Good luck in your next journey and remember it is easy to spot Racism through the eyes of a Racist. To the New Manager there now Honey keep doing the Awesome job that I see you doing as well as many of the employees and members that I am associated with. Oh and just to ease your mind I am a Caucasian.............

Unhappy Former Employees always tend to cry the loudest. I am sure that young Lady was chosen from among many candidates because she stood out. Most leaders lead by example and I believe she will continue to help this Branch succeed with with her new ideas and vision.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NC State Employees' Credit Union (Raleigh, NC) in April 2015.
I had a short phone interview. During this phone call I was asked to come in for a face-to-face interview the following week. There I was interviewed by two people at the offices. Very straight forward interview and was given extensive useful information about the position even before being asked any questions.
