    I have been working at NDI full-time (less than an year)


    The environment is very professional, but friendly. There are a lot of opportunities to take ownership of projects that you are interested in, if you are willing to seek them out. Management is personable, approachable, and friendly.


    The salary could be higher, but is what you would expect of a non-profit.

    Interview Details

    Was contacted by phone the day after submitting online application. The individual doing the preliminary screening was very professional and courteous, asking relevant questions and turning the interview into a discussion rather than a question and answer session; this speaks highly of the interviewer's communication skill set and abilities to set potential hires at ease.
