Mobile Phones not allowed, All the Software developers in office are in a BPO Environment, No Peoper HR Policies, Their policy is that they have no fixed policy, No Proper Leave Policy.
Senior Managers using mobile phone, even smartphones, they are photo shooting now and then, and they bann mobile phone in side the office saying forbthe junior employees because They have to protect Confidential Information. so
No proper compensation for the right resources, Except the managers Who Juice it out, as they are the keys to cultivate politics in office to run the office.
No proper appreciation,They have same value for all the employees at the time of appreciation, So they have flat increment.
No proper Client handling protocols followed.
Ifbyou can work here, You can work any where, So don't join unless you have no other way.
Advice to Management
Some of the senior managers arer trying to make it better, Should have feedback policy from all level of employees.
Should implement proper policies, in a right manner, just don't load your decession on the employees, Value the resources, If employees are kept happy, Bill and revenue will growup easily.
