    Positive Outlook

I have been working at NGK INSULATORS full-time (More than 5 years)

Locke Insulators is a small place allowing one the opportunity to learn all operations in the manufacturing facility. The opinion of all employees are valued at Locke and employees are encouraged to make suggestions for improvement.

Because Locke is a small place, there is limited room for growth.

    Advice to Management

Make performance reviews more interactive and an opportunity for growth. Conduct reviews on a quarterly basis instead of once a year.
