    Pros

For a fan of the sport, it doesn't get much better than to be in an environment where you can contribute to the growth of the game. The League is now technically progressive and well staffed in areas to support future growth.

    Cons

Depending on your role, there is not much room for growth. It's a testament that many staffers have been there a long time - but it can lead to stagnancy and an inability to evolve. While more progressive than previously, there are still practices make it a stodgy environment (rigid HR policies, static salary, and nominal bonus).

Process was slower than other places and had to meet with a lot of different people and go in on several different occasions. Questions were very detailed and specific. Once offered the position the process went by quickly.
