The products and solutions invented by Actimize have quite demand in the market. The working environment is very peaceful with diversified cultured employees. Basic/High level training will be very interesting. No much difference in full-time employee vs contractor. A very good work/life balance if you have simple/new clients. Compensation is good enough.
-It will be very tough to deal with some tough clients.
-Lack of advanced training for the developers.
-Though product is good, but the technical knowledge is very limited and no much growth for the developers outside in the market.
-Since the resources are less, there may be situations to work on multiple projects

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks – interviewed at NICE Actimize.
I thought the interview process was fair and respectful. There was first a discussion with HR, then a phone interview in which I had to complete a test and then send it back for a discussion. Then I was called into the office for another test, then a discussion with the manager (technical), and then I was asked to give a presentation on solution I previously worked on. (I was told in advance that I would need to provide a presentation and answer questions from the group). I thought it was all quite reasonable.
- None of the questions were necessarily hard or unfair - I just didn't have exposure to all the areas asked about. Answer Question
