    Pros

    Tons of smart people to learn from, lots of open idea exchange, engineering and analytics working together to push innovative solutions out to early adopter banks. Product provides great ROI and customers love Nomis. Lots of market potential. Growing rapidly with new office space, new hires, great vibe.

    Cons

    Growing pains, would like more access to senior management.
