I applied online. The process took 3 weeks – interviewed at NRG (Houston, TX) in May 2015.
I interviewed with four separate people. The hiring manager, the person who currently held the position, a marketing person who would be a direct report, and the manager of another department whom I would be working with often. Each person came into the conference room separately, which was nice because I didn't feel bombarded by all four at once. Each person had specific questions so I wasn't regurgitating my answers with each meeting.
