    Marketing Manager Interview

    Positive Experience
    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NRG (Houston, TX) in May 2015.

I interviewed with four separate people. The hiring manager, the person who currently held the position, a marketing person who would be a direct report, and the manager of another department whom I would be working with often. Each person came into the conference room separately, which was nice because I didn't feel bombarded by all four at once. Each person had specific questions so I wasn't regurgitating my answers with each meeting.

    Interview Questions

    • How do you handle having to tell people no? Tell me how your experience has led you to this point in your career. Do you know HTML? How would you handle (specific job related situations)?   Answer Question
