    The money is good

    Cons

    Long hours, multiple changes of management throughout the year, and very stressful during big sales weekends. Vacation days denied during big sales weekends.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure store is properly staffed during key times in the day and during the week to minimize potential productivity problems.

    You go into the manager's office and he asks you a few questions about experience, work ethic, and competency, availability, etc. It felt a little shorter than a usual interview, however, I had a recommendation and had met the manager prior to my actual application.
