    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at NTN Bearing (Mount Prospect, IL) in March 2013.

    Interview

Emailed through a recruiter. Phone call with recruiter, the recruiter didn't really seem to understand the job or what the company was looking for. Skipped the phone interview with the hiring manager and went straight to an in person interview. Interviewed with HR and the hiring manager. General questions only. Mostly talked about the industry in general.
