  • My boss had a big heart and gave me a job when I was laid off even though I was over qualified.

I have been working at NTN Bearing full-time (more than 3 years)

I really like my co-workers and my boss's. Love having nearly 2 weeks off over Christmas holiday. Love the cultural diversities. Love working 7am - 3pm

Hard to get used to a manufacturing environment when I came from the corporate world. Very noisy and dirty place to work. I had to wait a whole year before getting any sick days or vacation days. Hate only getting a half hour lunch break.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Most companies give you sick days/vacation days after 6 months.

    Application Details

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a weekinterviewed at NTN Bearing in March 2013.

    Interview Details

Emailed through a recruiter. Phone call with recruiter, the recruiter didn't really seem to understand the job or what the company was looking for. Skipped the phone interview with the hiring manager and went straight to an in person interview. Interviewed with HR and the hiring manager. General questions only. Mostly talked about the industry in general.
