    Pros

Great executive management who really drive change Great people across the board Equity awards Good mix of technologies

    Cons

Highly regulated so a lot compliance focus Most of the IT jobs are moving to Atlanta after the ICE takeover Equity locks you in after a few years Lack of investment in staff, no special clubs, rotational programs, mentorships, sponsorships or even a staff training/tuition reimbursement program

    Advice to Management

Invest more in your staff , it may cost more in the short run but will gain you much more in the long run in terms of employee retention.
