In order to participate in our Interns for Credit Program, students must:

  • Be eligible to earn college credit.
  • Have an Internship partnership program that has been established and approved by both their school and NYU Langone Medical Center.
  • Minimum number of hours will vary based on NYU Langone department and school program requirements.
  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Possess PC proficiency, and other skills dependent upon department.

    I applied through college or university. The process took a weekinterviewed at NYU Langone Medical Center.

    Interview Details

    I had 2 in-person interviews with the research coordinators of the study. They asked me behavioral questions. We talked more in detail about the experiences I had listed on my resume, particularly those of research background. We talked about my long-term career goals as well. Since the schedule is random, they ask about whether you are flexible and adaptable to different situations.
