I worked at Nalco full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Good pay. Flexible schedule. Good benefits. Lots of resources available.

    Cons

As a young professional who started here in a non-sales role, I found myself quickly streamlining my work and having a lot of 'free time'. I asked for more work and responsibilities and was met with indecision and lack of direction.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't be afraid to involve and engage the younger/newer employees in the higher-level meetings and goals of a team

    Interview Details

Had to jump through a lot of hoops. 2 phone interviews, 3 face to face interviews, and an unpaid workday. It was a pleasant experience and was always kept informed of next steps. Just a lot of interviews.
