Great people, great products, and a fun indistry to further your career. I really enjoyed my time at the company.

Not very much room for advancement due to the size of the company. Salaries are lower than their competition in the same industry

    Advice to Management

Please remember the roots of the company and keep it a family enviroment like is always preached.

    Difficult Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nat Sherman (Fort Lee, NJ) in January 2014.

The interview process for me was good I met with the owners of the company. I was really impressed by Joel Sherman one of the greatest people I have ever known. Very passionate about the business and the Love for his company and employees. Frank Fina was in charge of the entire Salesforce and was a very fair and driven person. Overall I enjoyed my time at Nat Sherman until the very end where management made it impossible to breath because the bottom line was never good enough.
