Friendly and professional staff that put the job first to make sure the members of the association succeed and get what they are paying for!

Staff are not allowed to wear jeans even on casual fridays. There are usually only two or three days a year that are special circumstances but are determined only a day or two prior to those days.

    Difficult Interview

I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at National Association of Home Builders (Washington, DC) in November 2014.

I applied on the company's website and followed up with an email to the staffing director a day later. A week later I received a call from the staffing director to schedule a phone interview with herself and a VP. After the phone interview I was called two days later for a Skype interview with a panel of four. Was told a decision would be made within two weeks. Didn't receive a call or email of my status, so obviously I was selected.
