I have been working at National Beef full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Very comfortable work environment
Up north so therefore no downtown traffic
Easy to talk to upper management
It's more like a family of friends instead of just co-workers
    Discounts on meat

    Cons

Hourly employee's length of time trumps everything
    A Man's world
Very little turnover therefore making it hard to move up

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your employee's well for their hard work, education and dedication instead of the length of time they have been with the company

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
