    I worked at National Beef full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    bonus for second shift,overtime,move from production floor to other jobs

    Cons

    cold work environment,to many friends being moved off floor first, mandatory overtime,and strick attendance rules, possible firing due to too many absentees,

    Advice to Management

    relax on absentees, and watch on advancement due to friendship

    The process was filling out and application and leaving it in a drop box. Then if you were called in you took a test and a tour of the plant. Then you are interviewed by one of the Supervisors
