I have been working at National Board For Professional Teaching Standa full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The salaries are considerably good.

    Cons

The staff consists largely of complacent people committed to working below their potential rather than within their talent and passion. As a result, a culture of joylessness, anxiety, fear, and mediocrity persists in an organization tasked with supporting, promoting, and certifying dynamic educators throughout the U.S.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Recruit, hire, and cultivate emotionally intelligent professionals who are passionate about what they do and good at it, professionals whose approach to their work engenders enthusiasm and enthusiasm.

    Interview Details

The hiring and interview process went smoothly. There was room for negotiation, and doing so is highly recommended. There were no strange or difficult questions, and no lengthy online applications, which made the process easier. That is, applicants were able to simply submit a cover letter and resume and have a person decide if you warranted an interview. This sent a good message
