Health Care Benefits

NFP offers a comprehensive health care program to full-time employees and their eligible dependents. Our health care benefits provide choice and flexibility, so you can choose the plans that best suit you and your family’s needs. Our health care program includes medical, dental and vision insurance, health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, and health savings accounts. Additional benefits may be available in regional locations.

NFP 401(k) Plan

NFP’s 401(k) plan lets employees save and defer taxes on the amount of their savings and on any investment earnings on their savings. In addition, employees receive tax-deferred company matching contributions as an incentive to save for their retirement years.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan

NFP’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) allows eligible employees the opportunity to buy shares of NFP’s common stock each quarter at a discounted price through regular payroll deductions.

Exciting Growth

In July 2011, NFP acquired Lapre Scali & Company Insurance Services, LLC, a highly successful property and casualty brokerage firm with annualized revenue of approximately $21 million.

In September 2011, NFP acquired DA Financial Group of San Francisco, a benefits, financial planning and insurance services firm with annualized revenue of $5 million.

In the first quarter of 2012, NFP acquired Dreyfuss & Birke Ltd – a full-service insurance consulting and brokerage firm – and AGS Benefits Group, LLC – a full-service benefits brokerage and consulting company – which have combined annualized revenue of $18 million. The companies merged to establish a major NFP-branded corporate benefits presence in New York.

Proven Leadership

Jessica Bibliowicz, chairman, president and CEO of NFP, was named one of the “50 Top Women in Wealth” by AdvisorOne magazine. The list represents the most influential, powerful and inspiring women in wealth management.
