    Pros

It was a great experience, NGA treats its interns and fellows with utmost respect, you learn a lot and meet many amazing people. Everybody goes out of their way to help you if you have a question; working environment is friendly, nice, helpful.

    Cons

Although positioned as a museum for the public, NGA is a rather aristocratic institution by its spirit, and there is also a certain hierarchy among the departments. It is old-fashioned in its many ways
