I have been working at National General Insurance full-time for more than 5 years

Great benefits and competitive compensation. With the recent move to Madison Park, the culture is changing rapidly. There are still system challenges but we are improving there as well. Every challenge presents an opportunity to add value. We have definitely changed gears and are moving rapidly in a very positive direction. It's a great time to be an employee of National General!

Negative attitudes are a challenge in any work environment. Management has recognized the issue with workloads and is working to make it better. Be encouraged that they are hearing us and are taking strides to improve. Some of us need to adjust our expectations and realize that it may not happen overnight.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get in the weeds; sit with your front-line employees to really understand their work enviroment. See first-hand not only their challenges, but also their strengths in action and show them that you care.
