    I applied in-person. The process took 3+ weeks - interviewed at National Guard in July 2010.

    Interview Details

    The interview was conducted by a military board with three board members. All three must out-rank the applicant. Minority applicants must be represented on the board. The board asks you for questions regarding the duties of the position along with general military knowledge questions and questions on current events.
