Good work/life balance at the branch I worked in. Great team who always looked out for each other. We had a lot of freedom to be creative in order to generate business.

Pay not too good but it's a small bank. The technology was a bit lagging but they were slowing improving. Sometimes hard to get solid answers when I reached out to back office departments until I made a mistake then all of a sudden everybody knows the proper procedure.

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at National Penn Bank in March 2015.

Very basic and straightforward. Was pretty informal. General interview questions (explain a time when... tell me about yourself, etc.), no curve balls. Mostly talked about the company and the role that I was applying for.
