If you're over 16 and under 75, you automatically become a member of our contributory pension scheme when you join. We contribute 5% of your salary, rising to 9% after two years of service. If you decide to pay additional contributions we'll match them up to a maximum of 3% after two years of service. Under the scheme you can generally retire any time after age 55.

The head office building is great. Everything you need is on site and there is a great buzz. Benefits are good, pension after 2yrs service is also really good. Parking isn't great, get in early if you want a space! Depending on the business area things can get quite political, so like anywhere work out who you can trust and who you can't.
