    I worked at Nationwide Children's Hospital full-time

    Pros

Everyone is focused on making children's lives better. The passion for helping the children spills into all work completed.

    Cons

The organization was not always concerned with managing the cost structure. Also, the strategic plan did not go to the next level of identifying key tactics to implement, and did not clearly articulate how each employee tied to the success of the overall strategic plan.

    Advice to Management

Identify key tactics to achieve your strategic goals. Share these goals with all staff. Help them see how they work they do is connected to the big picture.

Had two in person interviews. The second interview included a laboratory tour and meeting with potential co workers. No offer was given and no explanation as to why. Interviews were fairly straight forward, no surprises.
