Really enjoy working here. benefits are up to par, can't complain. life and work balance is fair, never feel overworked. Yes, even with deadlines. It feels like they are still feeling their way through as a startup. All an all they are headed in the right direction.

I hate to be honest and say there is no real cons, at least for me. Only thing that comes to mind is.. training is lacking but nothing serious. you can read-up on most things and people are always willing to help.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NaturalMotion (Oxford, England (UK)) in May 2015.

Initial Phone Interview, then and In Person Interview. The staff were very unprofessional in the interview. The questions were not challenging and misleading. Also, alter after having chased them 8 (eight) times, I still do not have feedback on why I did not get the offer. I assumed I did a very good interview and was highly qualified for the position. I am being left in the dark.

Video game avatar movements seem so lifelike, so real, so ... natural. NaturalMotion's software offers a type of "procedural", programming-driven reactive animation engine as an alternative to preset animation styles such as keyframe ("drawn") and motion capture. The company has two game engines -- Endorphin and Euphoria -- and a middleware system, called Morpheme, for developers to power their characters. Euphoria has been used in major game titles such as Rockstar Games' Grand Theft Auto IV and LucasArts' Star Wars: The Force Unleashed ... More
