Growing company, decent pay, lots of prospects. Synergies with parent company are improving. Good product line generally, most solutions are winners.

Turning prospects into paying customers is tough in a market filled with lookie-loos and competition. AWS is always out there. One well-placed jerk in Andover makes life tough for people. Well liked management team is leaving and company is being bought by Charter so the future is a question mark, although so far Charter seems to be saying all the right things. Parent company is Cable, not Silicon Valley, culture, so some benefits are on the cheap side; good pay covers this.

Director of Custom Applications Development Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Syracuse, NY

    Easy Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 12+ monthsinterviewed at NaviSite (Syracuse, NY) in May 2015.

In a word SLOW. The director position has been open for over year and a half and I can see why. I initially applied in June 2013, the title and reporting structure were changed and the position reposted in Oct 2014. I reapplied in November 2014 and was called for a phone interview in January 2015, did a second phone interview in March, and an in person interview in May 2015.
