    Pros

Those willing to work to the very best of their ability, be collaborative and flexible, and be an advocate of success get recognized and promoted. For those who brave management, can demonstrate adaptability, and embrace self-learning, the opportunity to thrive in several rewarding positions over time is a true career benefit. Huge opportunity to grow and learn technical and leadership skills over time.

    Cons

Commercial vehicle sales is hyper-cyclical, resulting in cyclicality in nearly every aspect of operations, including staffing and talent management. The Business has had some stumbles, historically, by introducing new technology into product development cycles prior to reaching minimum TRL requirements.

    Advice to Management

Continue to manage operations costs, taking controlled risk toward growth, have an exit strategy. While meeting the needs of investors, never loose sight of your two greatest assets; Navistar staff and Navistar loyal customers.

    Application

    Interview

Scripted and long. Each manager had a packet with them and were assigned a group of questions to ask you. It seemed that they did want to be there doing it and waited for it to be done. Although, the managers were attentive to your responses.
