Established in Winnipeg in 1969 by Brent Naylor, Naylor is built on a strong foundation of hardworking individuals who display a commitment to excellence, honesty, integrity, ongoing improvement, and exceptional customer service. We are dedicated to providing tools of engagement that increase membership value and non-dues revenue to associations across North America. Over the years, we have expanded our products and services as well as our expertise and offices – all for the main purpose of successfully serving the association marketplace.

Naylor acquired Convention Management Group in 2006, and Global Exchange Events in 2012.

In late 2013, RLJ Equity Partners acquired Naylor. In 2014, Naylor acquired Boxwood Technology and Timberlake Membership Software.

Boxwood  - Since 1998, has provided online career center solutions to the association marketplace.

Timberlake AMS Solutions  - Founded in 1999 as Timberlake Publishing,  catering to small-staffed associations and nonprofits in need of software solutions. Today, Timberlake is a leading provider of membership software, association management software, event registration solutions and Web-based CMS (content management software).

    I worked at Naylor Association Solutions full-time (Less than a year)


    Wonderful Christian management, team work environment, excellent training & support for learning and growth, strong future income potential and promotion. Utilize what they teach you through successful sales experiences and you shall succeed. A/C is good for those who can't take the Florida heat.


    Inside sales isn't for everyone. Suggest you research if it will be a good fit for you & you for them. There is a lot of repetition but for a reason. Turnover can be high that's why you must do your research and ask a lot of questions if it's for you . A/C is tough if you run cold.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Naylor Association Solutions (Alpharetta, GA) in June 2015.


    I was recommended to the recruiter by a friend of mine that works there. I did the phone interview and went in for the on person interview with the recruiter followed by the office manager. Was given a tour of the entire office and introduced to some of the IT staff. Everything seemed to go great, even the language they used came across to me that they liked me for the position. Discussed benefits and insurance in depth and was told I would hear from them by the end of the week with their final decision. It's been 2 weeks and the recruiter never bothered to send me a "sorry, we chose someone else" email... rude, tacky, and unprofessional.
