I have been working at Nebraska Public Power District

    Pros

The company allows for their employees to have a great balance between work and life; allowing for flexible work schedules. The compensation and benefits are also very good.

    Cons

NPPD currently has an aging workforce; while being a positive in the sense that it will provide opportunities for advancement in the future for current employees, means that currently there might be a lack of fresh ideas.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would say that overall the management does a great job.
