    I worked at Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Excellent training if trying to gain loss mitigation mortgage experience.
    Good company if you want to travel.
    Outstanding services that is provided to home owners.

    Cons

    Not many career growth opportunities.
    Promotions are not fair and based on merit and work ethic.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Employee compensation plan need to be revamped. Promotions should be based on merit,work experience & education and years of services rather than friendships and popularity. Management needs to listen to employees concerns to increase employee morale.

    I applied online. The process took 1+ week - interviewed at Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America.

    Had to be 3 months from applying to getting a call from HR (Ralferal Ramirez). Was set up for a phone interview to be conducted with regional operations director (ROD). ROD called...asked 6 to 7 questions....was asked to have a face to face at local office....met at local office (approx. 5 days later)...semi-professional questions
