Incredible facility, people, and experience. Truly innovative and vision of creating a culture of family centered care with the highest quality standards.
Stabilization of patient volume and referrals can be stressful. The hospital is still very much in start up mode, but not surprising due to the complexity of what is being accomplished.
Advice to Management
Listen to your staff. Support your leaders instead of admonish. Hire qualified/experienced leaders who can effectively groom those from within; have a tendency to hire inexperienced leaders who are not able to groom or grow subordinates.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at Nemours Foundation (Jacksonville, FL) in January 2015.
Applied online; interviewed by 2 people; was Behavioral type questions their questions led off with Tell us about a time and Describe for me a time... Their surprise question was "Why do you want to leave your current position?"
- Describe for us a time when a team member's task became more of a priority than yours. Tell us about a time when you had to persuade someone to accept your suggestion. Tell us about a time when you had to cope with a diffiicult coworker Why do you want to leave your current position? My suggestion is to study the company's job announcement requirements and create questions based on your experiences that could likely be asked. Use the S.T.A.R. format to answer your questions..
