    Pros

    Incredible facility, people, and experience. Truly innovative and vision of creating a culture of family centered care with the highest quality standards.

    Cons

    Stabilization of patient volume and referrals can be stressful. The hospital is still very much in start up mode, but not surprising due to the complexity of what is being accomplished.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your staff. Support your leaders instead of admonish. Hire qualified/experienced leaders who can effectively groom those from within; have a tendency to hire inexperienced leaders who are not able to groom or grow subordinates.

    Applied online; interviewed by 2 people; was Behavioral type questions their questions led off with Tell us about a time and Describe for me a time... Their surprise question was "Why do you want to leave your current position?"
